GNR Dance respects and maintains your privacy and appreciates your desire to take dance lessons.
Security of your personal information:
The security of personal information is a high priority for GNR Dance. We maintain this web site and all associated data with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. But GNR Dance is committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our web sites and their information against foreseeable hazards.
How we use your information:
On certain pages, we give users the option of providing us with contact information, including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. Providing this information is voluntary which we use internally. We will never provide your information to any third party. If you have opted into membership of our information newsletter, you may cancel participation in email newsletters by following the instructions on each newsletter. Information you provide may be used for GNR Dance. marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail, and sales contacts. We will honor all requests for list removal sent to GNR Dance. If you provide your information to GNR Dance, at any time you can opt-out, which will allow you to save your personal information with GNR Dance, but GNR Dance will not use your information for marketing purposes.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service. If you should cancel your private lesson less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time. For this reason we are obligated to compensate GNR Dance for the time as well as make up for lost revenue. The full service fee of one private lesson will be charged to you for missed reservations that are rescheduled or cancelled with less then 24 hours notice.
Refund Policy:
All purchases are non-refundable.
Transfer Policy:
If for any reason the student is not able to take their prepaid dance lessons, they may to a one time transfer of the full remaining package to someone else.
Currency:
All purchases either online or in person are in Canadian Dollars.
Lesson Expiration:
All lessons, once purchased, will remain on account until used. All lessons will expire 1 year from date of purchase.
